SMALLRIG 3639 OVERVIEW

The Half Camera Cage from SmallRig will safeguard and allow you to personalise your Sony Alpha a1, a7 IV, a7R IV, or a7S III rig for any run-and-gun shoot. To improve the recording quality of your camera, you can mount additional monitors, articulating arms, or other equipment using the multiple 1/4"-20 and ARRI 3/8"-16 threads and a NATO rail. An additional mounting location for equipment like a shotgun microphone or wireless receiver is provided by a cold shoe attachment at the top of the half cage.

The cage's anti-slip, the sturdy design doesn't obstruct access to your camera's controls, batteries, or stock handgrip and is made of silicone, steel, and aluminium alloy. An Arca-type baseplate with a 1/4"-20 screw and locking side plate holds the camera firmly in place and makes it simple to go from handheld to a tripod or compatible gimbal stabiliser.
