SMALLRIG 2803 OVERVIEW 

SmallRig's form-fitting Cage for Canon EOS R Camera is a protective frame that lets you mount accessories to your camera without putting  strain on its body. The cage has numerous 1/4"-20 and 3/8"-16 threaded accessory mounting holes in addition to a NATO rail and one cold shoe mount. There are anti-twist divots in the 3/8"-16 threaded holes.

When the cage is installed on the camera, access to its controls, storage areas, and connectors is preserved. When your camera is attached, the cage has two locating pins, a rubber pad, and a tight fit. Additionally, it has eyelets for straps so that a hand or neck strap can be attached. A magnetic flat screwdriver attaches to the cage and can be used to tighten or adjust the camera tie-down screw. The underside of the cage has threaded holes that are 1/4"-20 and 3/8"-16 in size.
