KEY FEATURES
SAMYANG CINE AF 24MM T1.9 OVERVIEW Add a wide, ultralightweight, ultracompact cinema lens to
your kit with the Cine V-AF 24mm T1.9 FE Lens from Samyang. This Sony E-mount
lens covers up to 8K full-frame sensors and features a multicoating to protect
the lens from glare and a 9-blade iris that provides a soft, natural bokeh and
a dramatic cinema look. Its autofocus function makes focusing easy when using
the lens on a gimbal rig or a drone, and it features a switch that can save
your focus settings when switching between manual and autofocus. This V-AF
series lens also features tally LEDs on the front and rear of the lens,
enabling you to easily see whether the camera is recording. Each lens in the
series has the same form factor with a common center of gravity, making them
easy to swap out without reconfiguring or rebalancing your rig. The Cine V-AF series increases compatibility with gimbals and
drones by offering a unified form factor for its five different focal lengths
(ultra-wide to medium-tele). By providing a compact, lightweight form with a
unified center of gravity, the need to reset the balance and supporting
equipment after a lens change is eliminated. Autofocus Cine Lens This series' autofocus ability will prove especially handy
for single operators and drone and gimbal capture. Each lens in the series
features the "Focus Save" function typically found in professional
cine equipment and a custom mode that adds function by firmware, providing
video-specific functions. 8K Support The new Cine V-AF series supports resolutions up to 8K in a
small and lightweight form, which is well suited for use with handheld gimbals
and drones, as well as for studios and location productions. Color Matching All lenses within the new Cine V-AF series are color-matched
to avoid shifts when swapping lenses, and the nine aperture blades allow for a
natural-looking bokeh. Tally Lamps The lamps located on the lens front and on the mount index
help the user check whether a video is recorded or not while shooting. This
tally feature conveniently supports your video content creation even when
shooting in a small space without a lot of equipment.
