FUJIFILM X-T30 II OVERVIEW

The FUJIFILM X-T30 II is a versatile mirrorless camera that offers strong stills and video features together with a compact, practical design. It is distinguished by enhanced stills and video recording as well as elegant and intuitive handling characteristics. High-resolution still images and 4K video may both be captured utilising the updated image sensor and processor, and the autofocus mechanism has been improved to provide quick and precise focusing performance. The 425-point phase-detection autofocus technology on the 26.1MP APS-C-format X-Trans CMOS 4 image sensor allows for quick, accurate AF performance and subject tracking. It also promotes better image quality throughout the sensitivity range. With the new Face Selection option, the 100% phase-detect autofocus offers strong face and eye detection autofocus. The X-Processor 4 works in conjunction with the imaging and focusing to process images more quickly while also enabling continuous shooting at up to 8 frames per second with a mechanical shutter, 30 frames per second at a crop factor of 1.25, and internal DCI/UHD 4K30 video recording.

The APS-C-format 26.1MP X-Trans CMOS 4 sensor, which is shared with the professional-oriented X-T3, boasts a back-illuminated design for smooth tonal reproduction, better low-light performance, and a low native ISO 160 setting. It also uses a randomised pixel array, just like an X-Trans sensor, which results in excellent image clarity and sharpness because an optical low-pass filter is not used. The X-Trans design more closely resembles the organic nature of film than traditional pixel patterns, producing subtle colour and tonal transitions while also lowering moiré and aliasing.

UHD and DCI 4K Video Recording

The X-T30 is more than just a stills camera; it also has an alluring array of video features, including internal UHD 4K30 video recording at up to 200 Mb/s and the ability to record simultaneously on both internal and external media. Video files can be saved utilising either MPEG-4 AVC/H.264 or HEVC/H.265 compressions, as well as DCI 4K30 and Full HD 1080p120 recording. The quad-CPU X-Processor 4's speed greatly enhances overall video performance by enabling quick read speeds when shooting 4K video, which reduces rolling shutter distortion when filming moving objects.

Enhanced Autofocus

Even while the X-Processor 4 quad-core CPU inside the X-T30 II enables quick, precise autofocusing in as low as 0.02 seconds on any subject, major improvements have been made to track moving subjects, enhancing autofocus for both still photos and its potent 4K/30p video capabilities. Additionally improved from the previous model, the low light focusing capability now operates down to -7EV. The XC 15-45mm f/3.5-5.6 OIS PZ lens has a minimum focus distance of about 2 inches and a 23-69mm equivalent focal length that covers wide-angle to telephoto viewpoints with ease.
